I was quite sceptical about coming to Ashley’s course. I assumed it would just be a series of special one-liners that would help patients say yes to treatment plans more. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Ashley and his team taught us the importance of the ‘patient journey’ right from the moment they see the website to the moment they finish treatment and are sat at home. I’d never looked at things in this way before but am 100% glad I went. My only regret is not doing this a little sooner. The way to interact with patients when presenting options and fees makes me kick myself for not seeing his methods sooner too.
A week after the course I sold my single biggest treatment plan ever. Even after that, every consultation runs much much smoother and patients seem to have so much of a liking to me that they request to see me exclusively when they get to reception (even if they have always seen one of the other dentists up to that point!). In fact, overall treatment acceptance has been higher without a doubt. All my scepticism of the course vanished into thin air and I would highly recommend this course to absolutely anyone serious about improving their working lives.
In short, if you want to have better relationships with your patients and a higher treatment acceptance rate, book onto the course before you spend even more time losing the opportunity cost of treatments that are not accepted. The longer you wait, the more potential income you are losing. You will not regret it!.

The practice is going really well. At the end of 2016 our orthodontic referrals were up 32% on the previous year and the restorative/perio were up 45%.
