Having worked as a treatment coordinator herself in a top end Invisalign practice in Manchester she has a lot of knowledge on best practices to provide success to both the practice and the most favourable outcome for patients. Enrica understands the critical role that treatment coordinators and receptionists play in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences and a profitable boost to the practice. By mastering communication with patients, enhancing scheduling efficiency or optimizing treatment plan presentations, Enrica equips her students with the skills and confidence to achieve unparalleled success in their roles.

In 2022 Enrica completed a Business Management degree at Leeds University and her academic background combined with her practical experience and the skills and insights necessary to excel in various business environments.
